Tom's Reviews There is a massive Anthrax-meets-Overkill-meets-Dio vibe to this album, from the riffs, to the vocals, to the tone of the bass guitar; you can just tell that the East Coast thrash metal scene really influenced Heavy Chains. It's really nice to hear a band take that approach over the Bay Area thrash that so many try to emulate. Favorite track: Evil Dreams.
